Welcome to LIGHT. These Sales Terms and Conditions govern the offer and sale of products (items, clothes, gadgets) on our Website. Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order on our Website, you fully accept these Terms.
1. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all product sales made through the LIGHT Website by Zhiling Chen and to any individual or entity purchasing products from the Website. The offer and sale of products on our Website are exclusively directed at final consumers, defined as individuals acting for purposes unrelated to any business, commercial, craft, or professional activity they may be conducting (according to the Italian Consumer Code).
2. Products
Product information (descriptions, images, features, prices, etc.) is available on the Website in the product sheet for each item. We are committed to ensuring that product information is accurate and up-to-date. However, product images and colors presented on the Website may slightly differ from reality due to the characteristics of Internet browsers and/or monitors used.
3. Prices
Product prices are listed on the Website in Euro (€) and include VAT (Value Added Tax), where applicable under current regulations. Shipping costs, if applicable, are indicated separately before the completion of the order and are borne by the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to change product prices at any time, with the price applicable to the order being the one shown on the Website at the time the Customer submits the order.
4. Orders
To place an order, the Customer must follow the online procedure on the Website and complete the electronic order form. Before submitting the order, the Customer must carefully check all order details (selected products, quantities, shipping and billing addresses, payment method, total costs, etc.).
Submitting an order by the Customer constitutes an offer to purchase. The Seller's receipt of the order does not constitute automatic acceptance of the order. The order will be considered accepted, and the sales contract concluded only when the Seller sends an order confirmation email to the Customer. The order confirmation will include a summary of the ordered products, the total price (including VAT and shipping costs), the shipping and billing addresses, and shipping and delivery information.
If one or more ordered products are unavailable, the Customer will be promptly informed by email. In such cases, the Customer may choose to:
- Cancel the entire order and receive a refund for any amounts already paid.
- Accept the delivery of available products and receive a refund for the unavailable products.
- Replace unavailable products with other products of equivalent value (if available and agreed with the Seller).
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the following cases (including but not limited to):
- Product unavailability.
- Payment anomalies or fraud.
- Incomplete or incorrect data provided by the Customer.
- Abnormal orders regarding product quantities or purchase frequency.
- Previous non-compliance by the Customer with the Seller's terms.
5. Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods are indicated on the Website under the "Payments" section or during the order process. By way of example, we may accept:
- Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards
- PayPal
In case of payment via credit/debit card, the Customer’s financial data (card number, expiration date, security code) will be processed directly by our payment service providers through a secure and encrypted connection, without the Seller or any third party having access to such information.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Products purchased on the Website will be shipped to the shipping address provided by the Customer in the order form. Shipping zones, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are specified in the "Shipping and Delivery" section of the Website and/or during the order process.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary based on various factors (e.g., delivery zone, product availability, time of year, strikes, or exceptional events). The Seller will make every effort to adhere to the estimated delivery times but cannot be held responsible for delays.
At the time of product delivery by the carrier, the Customer (or a person designated by them) is required to check:
- That the number of packages delivered matches the number indicated in the transport document.
- That the packaging is intact, undamaged, and not wet or altered in any way, including sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
Any damage to the packaging and/or products, or discrepancies in the number of packages or details, must be immediately reported to the carrier by writing "DAMAGED GOODS CONTROL RESERVATION" (or similar) on the carrier’s delivery receipt and promptly communicated to the Seller according to the instructions in the "Contact" section.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Under the Consumer Code (Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments), the consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without providing reasons and without any penalty, within 14 days from the day the Customer (or a third party designated by them, other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit statement (e.g., registered letter, email, certified email). For this purpose, the Customer may use the standard withdrawal form attached to these Terms (Appendix I, Part B of Italian Legislative Decree 21/2014), but this is not mandatory.

The withdrawal communication must be sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period (14 days).
In the event of withdrawal, the Customer must return the products to the Seller without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the date they communicated their decision to withdraw from the contract. The products must be returned intact, unused, complete with all accessories, and in their original packaging, if possible.
Direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Customer, unless otherwise indicated by the Seller.
The Seller will reimburse all payments received from the Customer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from the Customer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Seller), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day the Seller is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw from the contract. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until the Customer demonstrates they have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. The refund will be made using the same payment method the Customer used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed with the Customer and provided that no additional costs are incurred by the Customer.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
Please note that the right of withdrawal is excluded in cases provided by Article 59 of the Consumer Code, including, by way of example and not limited to:
- Supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
- Supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery;
- Supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software that has been opened after delivery.
8. Legal Warranty of Conformity
All products sold on the Website are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided by the Consumer Code (Articles 128 and following). The Seller is responsible to the consumer for any conformity defects existing at the time of delivery of the product and that appear within 2 years from that delivery.
The conformity defect must be reported to the Seller within 2 months of discovery, under penalty of losing the warranty.
In case of conformity defects, the Customer is entitled, at their choice and at no cost, to the restoration of the product's conformity through repair or replacement, or, if such remedies are impossible or excessively costly, to a suitable reduction in price or the resolution of the contract.
To enforce the legal warranty, the Customer must contact the Seller’s Customer Service as specified in the "Contact" section.

10. User Account
The Customer has the option to register on the Website by creating a user account. Registration is optional but can facilitate the purchasing process for future orders.
The Customer is responsible for the confidentiality and security of their account credentials (username and password) and agrees not to disclose them to third parties and to keep them securely. The Customer will be held responsible for all activities carried out through their account.
In case of loss or theft of login credentials, or suspicion of unauthorized use of the account, the Customer must immediately notify the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right to suspend or delete a Customer's account in case of violation of these Terms, illegal or fraudulent activities, or other justified reasons.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the LIGHT Website, including but not limited to texts, images, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, designs, graphics, software, source codes, and databases, is the exclusive property of the Seller or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, processing, transmission, publication, or other unauthorized use of the Website’s content, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from the Seller, is prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Seller endeavors to ensure the proper functioning of the Website and product availability. However, the Website is provided "as is" and "as available," and the Seller makes no guarantees, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Website, the absence of errors or interruptions, the suitability of products for a particular purpose, or the quality or conformity of products to the Customer's expectations, except for the mandatory legal warranties provided by the Consumer Code (particularly the legal warranty of conformity under point 8).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller will not be liable for direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including, by way of example and not limited to, loss of profit, loss of data, business interruptions, arising from the use or inability to use the Website, the purchase of products, or any other related circumstances, except in cases of fraud or gross negligence by the Seller and except for the mandatory consumer rights provided by law.
13. Privacy
Information regarding the processing of the Customer's personal data is available in our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. We invite you to read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand our privacy practices.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and product sales on the Website are governed by Italian law.
For any disputes regarding the interpretation, validity, execution, or termination of these Terms and/or sales contracts, the competent court will be the court of the Customer’s place of residence or domicile, as provided by the Consumer Code, if the Customer is a consumer.
15. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the Website. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on the Website and will apply to orders placed after that date. It is the Customer's responsibility to periodically review the Terms for updates.
